SHIPPING

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the destination and order. Free U.S. shipping is available on orders of $75 or more. Orders are normally prepared in 1–3 business days. Delivery estimates may vary during launches, holidays or carrier delays.

30-DAY RETURNS

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for items purchased directly from vivelora.com. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all included accessories.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Contact order@vivelora.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos.

EXCEPTIONS

Final-sale, personalized, used or hygiene-sensitive items that have been opened are not eligible unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect. Bank processing times vary.

PURCHASED ELSEWHERE

Items bought from another retailer must be returned through that retailer.
