Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order. Free U.S. shipping is available on orders of $75 or more.

PROCESSING

Orders are prepared in 1–3 business days. Delivery estimates begin after processing and may vary during launches, holidays or carrier delays.

TRACKING

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email used at checkout. Please allow time for the carrier to scan the package.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Email order@vivelora.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters processing.

DAMAGED, LOST OR INCORRECT ORDERS
